MeetingSense Capture is the Outlook-integrated capture and publishing tool that you use to help schedule, capture, and then publish your meeting information and action items up to your collaborative online meeting dashboard. An integrated MeetingSense toolbar placed in your Microsoft Outlook calendar lets you schedule meetings like you always do, while adding structure and best practices that drive more productive meetings from the start!

Then prepare or conduct these scheduled meetings by using the integrated toolbar or right-click menu. Meetings will open in MeetingSense Capture to enable you to record every piece of meeting information and all action items. Once meetings end, instantly send meeting summary and action item emails and publish all of this critical information up to your online dashboard for on-going team collaboration.
